  • Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Editors should avoid conflicts of interest and ensure transparency in the editorial process.
  • Editors are responsible for ensuring a fair and objective peer-review process.

3. Duties of Reviewers

  • Reviewers assist editors in evaluating the quality, originality, and academic contribution of manuscripts.
  • Reviewers should conduct reviews objectively, professionally, and constructively.
  • Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts under review.
  • Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
  • Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and decline review assignments when necessary.

4. Publication Misconduct

  • Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or unethical research practice is unacceptable.
  • If publication misconduct is identified, the editorial board reserves the right to reject or retract the article.
